RJ Ferguson, LPC-S: Co- Founder & Therapist
RJ is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and co-founder of Kairos Therapy Group. He specializes in walking with individuals through trauma, anxiety, relational wounds, leadership fatigue, life adversity, and spiritual questions. RJ approaches therapy that is relationally-based, combining curiosity, warmth, and grounded presence to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and safe to explore their inner world. Drawing from his advanced training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Component-Based Psychotherapy (CBP), and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), he helps clients understand the connection between their mind, body, relationships, and story. Together, they uncover the patterns, beliefs, and coping strategies that no longer serve them, making room for healing, deeper connection, and lasting change.

She has received specialized training in digestive health, mental health, diabetes, cardiovascular wellness, women's health, and pediatrics.
