RJ Ferguson, LPC-S: Co- Founder & Therapist


RJ is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and co-founder of Kairos Therapy Group. His work is shaped by over a decade of integrating narrative therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and psychobiological approaches to help clients move toward clarity, connection, and transformation. He specializes in walking with individuals through trauma, anxiety, relational wounds, leadership fatigue, and spiritual questions. RJ approaches therapy with curiosity, warmth, and grounded presence - inviting clients to explore their inner terrain and rewrite the stories that no longer serve them.

Outside the therapy room, RJ is a husband, father, coach, and nature lover. His faith and family are a priority. You’ll see him cheering on his kids, cycling in the back roads of East Texas, or enjoying his favorites: good coffee and good books.

Lindsey Montgomery, LCSW, SEP:

Lindsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-founder of Kairos Therapy Group. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she is also a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and serves as an Assistant with the Somatic Experiencing® Institute and an SE™ Student Session Provider, bringing deep clinical skill and embodied presence to her work. She blends somatic healing, EMDR, and Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experiencing (DARe) to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relational wounds, high-achiever burnout, identity formation, and life adjustments.

Grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience, Lindsey meets clients with warmth, attunement, and steady presence. Lindsey creates a space where the nervous system can settle and deeper healing can unfold. Her work blends clinical structure with relational depth, helping clients release long-held survival patterns and move toward ease, capacity, and whole-person healing.

Beyond her clinical practice, Lindsey is dedicated to her roles as a spouse and parent, and maintains an active interest in travel, wellness, and personal growth. Her commitment to spirituality, family, and overall wellness informs her balanced approach.

Kelsey Runge, MA, LPC Associate


Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Kairos Therapy Group. Her work is shaped by a background in education, nonprofit leadership, and deep community involvement, grounding her practice in care that is both relational and context-aware. She works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relational challenges, and life transitions. Kelsey approaches therapy with gentleness, collaboration, and steady presence, drawing from person-centered and Dialectical Behavior Therapy approaches to support meaningful and sustainable growth. When requested, she thoughtfully integrates a faith-based perspective into the counseling process.

Kelsey practices under the clinical supervision of RJ Ferguson, LPC-S, and Dr. Jefferey S. Quiett, Ph.D, LPC-S.

Outside the therapy room, Kelsey is a wife, mother, and active member of the East Texas community. She enjoys baking, reading, writing, and spending time with her family - often found cheering on her children and staying involved in the community they call home.
